Appointments can now be requested via our Online Booking tool. As is the case for most medical offices, we know our phone lines are often very busy, and occasionally our patients spend too much time on hold. It is our sincere hope that online appointment booking will help save patients time, not to mention allow our reception staff to spend more time with in-office patients.
To book an appointment online, simply request a date and time range for your appointment using the Online Booking tool. Once the request is received and reviewed, an email reply will be sent back to you with appointment details. The appointment will only be booked once you confirm the appointment by clicking the confirmation button.
Please note the following details regarding this service
- Please do not use Online Booking for emergencies. If you have an urgent medical concern please call the office.
- Please allow 2 business days for bookings to be processed.
- Our staff will always try to accommodate the time/date of your request, but please be aware that we may not always be able to accommodate your first choice. Flexibility is always appreciated.
- We will always send a confirmation of the booked appointment. If you have not received this, please assume that the appointment is NOT booked
- Your appointment will only be booked once you have clicked the confirmation button, accepting the offered appointment time/date
- A charge will be incurred for failure to show up for your appointment without sufficient notice as per our uninsured service billing guidelines
